Return and Refund Policy

At Anayase, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policies for returns, refunds, and delivery to ensure a smooth process

1. Delivery Timing

Estimated Delivery Times:

Inside Dhaka: 2 – 3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 3 – 5 working days

Delivery Charges:

Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT
Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT

Important Notes:
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances such as political unrest, public holidays, or natural events may result in delays.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Valid Reasons for Returns:

The product is damaged (e.g., broken container).
The product is incomplete (e.g., missing items or accessories).
The product is incorrect (e.g., wrong item, color, size, or expired product).
The product does not match the description or images provided.

Conditions for Returns:
The product must be unused, in it’s original packaging, and include all original tags, invoices, and accessories.
Products with broken seals or used items are not eligible for return.
Ensure the product is returned in its original box (e.g., Anayase-branded box) without tape or stickers.

Return Timeline:
Returns must be initiated within 10 working days of delivery.

3. Refund Policy
Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days of return approval. Exceptional cases may take longer.
Any cashback received will be adjusted against the refund amount.
Non-Refundable Items:
Change of mind (e.g., dislike of smell, texture, or design) is not eligible for refunds.

4. Taxes and Additional Charges
Applicable taxes are included in the product price. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Important Notes
Include your Order Number and Tracking Number in the return package to avoid delays or inconvenience.
